Zhongchengda always puts high-quality professionalism first; our core members are all senior appraisers with long frontline tenure. Shenzhen appraisers have nearly 30 years in securities appraisal and real estate & land appraisal; Hong Kong appraisers all have Big Four backgrounds with nearly 20 years in Hong Kong business appraisal. They hold Chinese and international qualifications: CPA assets appraiser, registered real estate valuer, land valuer, MRICS, HKIS, CPA, registered tax agent, cost engineer, ICVS, and international real estate consultant. Zhongchengda has built an experienced, multi-disciplinary and stable appraisal team.

Social responsibility: Founder Mr. Nie Zhiyong is deeply committed to public welfare and hometown chamber of commerce initiatives, currently serving as Vice President of Shenzhen Jiangxi Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of its Football Club, Vice President of Shenzhen Nanchang Chamber of Commerce, and Executive Vice President of Jiangxi Normal University Shenzhen-HK Alumni Association.
The company and its core members regard elevating the social standing of the appraisal profession as their social duty. In 2025, Zhongchengda was the sole appraisal firm selected by the Shenzhen Futian District Government for its overseas-service intermediary platform, and was named Appraisal Firm of the Year by the Hong Kong Association of Small and Medium Listed Companies. Zhongchengda is also an executive director unit of the Shenzhen Futian Accounting Society, which plans to establish an International Exchange Center; Zhongchengda will work with the center to provide accounting and appraisal consulting for Chinese enterprises going global.
