Zhongchengda’s Shenzhen office was established in 1999. It holds asset appraisal qualification from the Ministry of Finance, securities and futures appraisal qualification from the CSRC and the Ministry of Finance, Grade-1 real estate appraisal qualification from the Ministry of Housing, and land appraisal qualification from the Ministry of Natural Resources.
Zhongchengda’s Hong Kong office was established in 2017. Its core team consists of senior domestic appraisers and senior appraisers with Big Four backgrounds, holding international qualifications including HKIS, RICS, ICVS, ACCA and CFA. The firm primarily serves listed companies on the HKEX, NASDAQ and NYSE, as well as Big Four audit firms, renowned Hong Kong and Mainland accounting firms, Chinese-funded institutions in Hong Kong and the Hong Kong High Court.

Zhongchengda primarily serves listed companies on China’s capital market, listed companies in Hong Kong, the US and other international markets, renowned domestic and international accounting firms, people’s courts, the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal, arbitration committees at all levels, village collective joint-stock companies, financial credit, distressed assets, tax authorities and government land preparation centers.
